We take the emotional well-being of our staff seriously and offer numerous support mechanisms for team members to express concerns and seek assistance. If the environment felt challenging, it was never our intention to cause distress. We do take our role in patient's lives seriously. Healthcare can be stressful at times. We believe in building each other up and providing opportunities for growth, which has been a rewarding journey for all members of our team.
The claim about lying to patients is particularly troubling and contrary to our core values. Integrity and transparency with our patients and among our team are paramount. We unequivocally deny any practice or claim that would compromise our honesty and commitment to those we serve.
