      You get sworn at Favoritism Nepotism Higher ups are extremely cliquey The foreman are extremely rude to their workers It's a revolving door of employees.

      Pros

      I have been a part of Complete Utility since the beginning and have they have become not only my place of employment but my second family. The personal growth, confidence and opportunities I have had have been a pivotal part of my success in this role. I have been given incredibly opportunities to learn and grow amongst some amazing people.

      Cons

      Sometimes the pace can be a lot but I have a lot of support during those challenging times.
