Majority of health insurance is paid by company Enjoyable, likable colleagues Interesting industry

Cons

unlikely to achieve career advancement regardless of tenure, loyalty, or initiative small company with minimal strategic vision culture based in paranoia, favoritism and a punitive management style extremely limited internal communication cumbersome system for managing daily work silos of work - no collaboration between teams no bonuses, no feedback, minimal annual increases (if any)

Lots of travel. Everyone has their own office. They cover all benefits.

No room for growth. Management is weak. Terrible salary. They make salary employees clock in and out, and check your hours down to the minute.
