Very steep uphill battle ahead

Pros

Great team of people at the entry and mid level of the organization, the positions are generally highly paid jobs and they offer a decent benefits package.

Cons

Executive management speaks of openness, however they do not practice what they preach. The entire organization is struggling with reliability of their entire suite of services and the market for their services is very near the saturation point. This combined with the high price of the service they provide and the amount of competition in the space has placed Comverge a very challenging uphill battle in 2016 and beyond. The impression of Comverge in the market is improving, however there is still some negative impressions of the company.

Stay away - Latest management drove it to the ground

People and co-workers, one of the best on the industry

Cons

Don't waste your time, all the latest positive reviews are fake, they looked just like cut and paste from a marketing pitch. Company had one of the best team in the market, new management came and drove it all the way to ground, all the talented people had left and no new product development is going on since they have no idea how to do it anymore. Competition is years ahead and not chance of recovery.

Most co-workers were intelligent and supportive.

Cons

No work/life balance. Co-workers and myself were frequently online into the wee hours of the morning. You will get responses to emails 11pm, 2am. Ridiculous. Nothing is appreciated; they just keep adding to your workload. I don't know anyone that I worked with that they didn't screw over (including myself).
