      The sales number is good

      Company culture has been deteriorating, particularly over the last 4-5 months following the recent management change. It is not the same concentric as it was before 4 months. Micromanagement at its peak. All the senior/previous employees are leaving the company after the management change. No work-life balance. Compensation and hike are not that good

      Engineering team culture was good Business was making decent revenue and the market is good for the product Great compensation if you can negotiate

      Dishonest management Childish management without clarity and disrespectful towards people Less work at office and more gossip Leads chose to leave after management change
