Pros

There are a few good people that work here. Also lots of learning opportunities

Cons

The managers do not care about you. They play favorites and if you are not one, will find any reason to fire you, write you up, or demote you. Rarely ever receive raises, the work is not work the $$.

Pros

Company car so no wear and tear on personal car going between buildings while working. Management and other staff are very nice and easy to get along with.

Pros

some employees are genuinely nice, hybrid work schedule, employee events

Cons

terrible pay, they never give you a raise, write-ups for no reason, upper management threatens to demote employees and blame lower management for their mistakes, too many different owners to keep happy, not very good benefits, no amenities for residents, force employees to work after hours as resident assistants in order to receive discounted rent if living on property, maintenance is lazy and lies when they do not want to finish/complete work orders for residents, not very great communication from upper management to lower, toxic workplace, luxury apartment prices for run down apartments with no amenities, tells employees they cannot talk about wages which is illegal I’m pretty sure…
