When I applied for the job, I saw the Dec. 12, 2012 review on Glassdoor saying Racist Management. Now that I have worked there, I can confirm that there is racist management. Some employees get over on stuff that other employees get written up for. Racist conversations take place in the open. There is an extremely high turnover. In the last year, they let go two black people and an Army Reserves servicemen. No place for advancement.
