      Higher pay but overwhelming pressure and long hours

      The pay is higher than most in the local market

      Cons

      You're paid for 40 hours a week but contracted for 50. Hence the higher pay. However, in reality, it often translates to 55-60 depending on business. The amount of pressure and tasks on a manager's plate is overwhelming. The company often makes changes last-mintue and, it seems, without consulting those at the operational level

      Great coworkers and location overshadowed by management issues
