Configure One is an incredible company and place to work. The two owners of Configure One, as well other managers, respect and trust their employees. They empower their employees to be their best. Configure One offers autonomy and an extremely flexible work/life balance. I’ve heard the saying, “employees are loyal to companies, but companies are not loyal to employees.” For Configure One, this statement is untrue. The owners of Configure One are loyal to their employees. They build personal relationships with their employees that last beyond their employment at Configure One. The owners put integrity, respect, their employees and their customers before profits. It is a privilege to work for Configure One. I hope I can retire from Configure One (30 years from now).

I had the pleasure of working for Configure One from 2012-2020. Until I was diagnosed with ALS, my plan was to work there until retirement. What people need to know about Configure One is the owners genuinely care about their employees. After my diagnosis, the owners' compassion, selflessness and generosity brought my wife and me to tears on multiple occasions. The owners encouraged me to work as long as I wanted to. They bought me special software and equipment to enable me to work longer. When my voice began to fail, they allowed other team members to join my calls and meetings to speak on my behalf. They gave me significant vacation time allowing me to take my daughter on a few special trips. They kept me on my health insurance until Medicare kicked in and to pay for my most expensive procedures and medical equipment. The owners made significant donations to my GoFundMe. Finally, and most special to me, they text message with me almost every day. Configure One is the type of organization anyone would be proud to work for and do business with.
