There is so much to learn from each other and every voice matters, which makes it fun to work with coworkers on various projects. Connect First also offers great perks for their employees! It is obvious that the company takes the effort and time to give the perks that we actually want/use. The executive team is great at being transparent on what the their goals are and the reasoning behind their decisions. It's easy to see the direction the company wants to go and how your role will impact those goals. Finally, as a growing company, there is always an opportunity to take ownership in your work.
