      One of worst companies for Freshers

      Pros

      Intially you will feel that you are at right place

      Cons

      Don't know how to behave and what to expect from freshers. No one will help you here. If you tried to ask a doubt to seniors they will make fun of you. Neither the training was proper nor the task given to me was piror to my knowledge. They will give you some udemy content for training which will be of at least 6 months but you have to complete it within 10 days.

      Supportive team environment with good learning opportunities. Exposure to diverse hiring across IT and non-IT roles helped enhance my recruitment and stakeholder management skills. Encourages ownership and hands-on experience.
