Pros
Engaging and meeting new clients and diverse experiences with adults with developmental disabilities . Learning about the clients lives and meeting their familiies . Making a difference in their lives and showing them a better way to live .
Cons
I wish i could get payed better and get better hours currently the companies been going through a restructuring phase where we lost a percentage of our clients and as a worker that directly affected my hours and i dont know whats going on at the moment .
