The CEO has removed all the specialisms of what made Consensus great. She has removed the PWS specialists, RPI reduction lead and has made the Positive Behaviour intervention team feel so worthless that there is now only 3 out of 11 practitioners left. The hourly pay was low, and I was told on the interview that for any overtime hours we worked which was a must during the pandemic, would be paid at £11.65, this never happened. The manager created a toxic work environment by gossiping about our colleagues and tried to get you involved and tried to decimate any morale amongst the group by putting people who were friendly on different shifts. There was about 20 pages a day of important admin and paperwork, this was all paper based. The laptop they did supply us with was an old acer laptop that barely worked, I had to bring in my laptop to do any training which there was a lot of. They said there were many chances to progress but I did not see this whilst working there.
