Cons

The organization is partially funded which can have an impact on resources and projects however, the team is agile, passionate and committed and always finds ways to get it done!

Conservation, education, outdoor recreation opportunities - overall a very unique place to work with rewarding opportunities and flexible work schedules.

Cons

Overall, management seems to be disconnected from the workforce. The CAO preaches transparency, however rarely practices it. Limited growth opportunities Unresponsive HR Typical government agency - set in their ways, red tape and not nimble enough quickly adjust priorities and focus on getting tasks accomplished.
