      Great coworkers but poor upper management

      Pros

      Great coworkers. I loved every last one of them, and there was a good sense of we're all kind of suffering together.

      Cons

      Upper management sucks. Makes a lot of promises that they don't keep. Will also let you go with no warning or notice if they decide they need to lay you off.
