Cons
None I can think of except things get busy at times
Pros
* The kind of company to join if your career objective is to continue to learn new skills and apply them, and the drive and initiative to do the work that needs to be done. * Employees feel a greater sense of autonomy to influence outcomes. * Great opportunities for quickly advancing learning in UC and contact centre technology, and to accelerate career growth trajectory (much faster than in larger companies.)
Cons
* Can take time for some newcomers to get used to a geographically dispersed team and client base, which is now more of a rule than an exception.
Pros
Consilium Software provided me the opportunity to certify as a Cisco contact centre design specialist. The cost of certification is reimbursed. The company has their own Uni range of software products which are sold as Cisco SolutionsPlus, Cisco collaboration / ATP labs, and a very skilled team of systems engineering and software development resources in many locations in APAC, which is great for mentoring support. Company footprint is growing with Salesforce and Oracle and a few other contact centre vendors promoting Consilium's Uni software products.
Cons
Moving well to become a well-rounded multi-vendor software company, and now adding more vendors
