      Pros

      Laid back atmosphere Majority of people are simple enough to get along with. HR is very responsive to concerns

      Cons

      Pay raises extremely hard to come by. Promises of paying for certification of EPA, CPO, HVAC training follow through is akin to pulling a tooth from a pissed off tiger.
