Get to experience RTOS and a variety of different embedded hardware. Apart from core hours, working hours are relatively flexible with an understanding boss.
Cons
Workload and worklife balance is dependent on the team you get assigned to. Some teams have a very healthy work life and others are expected to return even on weekends. Pay is low for software engineers.

Four years before- Work life balance 9 to 6 job without any learning (😝) Few divisions are still doing good except IC
Cons
Few test leads just coming to office as they come for tour & having Skype video call with their Wife . Those lead never like the people who want to achieve something and demotivating Everyday in daily stand up
Advice to Management
By clearing these dust ( Skype caller test leads ) , easily can bring continental up . Please don’t do micromanagement to the employees who really work hard
