Local job. Low expectations. Second chacne employer.
Cons
Not sure about the “Good pay, great team” cause I never saw it. Bad pay. We worked our full shifts, came in on weekends. The front office people arrive at 9 AM and were gone by 4:30. Never worked a weekend. No support. Equipment is old — breaks down a LOT. Management blames people.
