Nice office in Rockefeller Center.

Cons

The most toxic corporate culture and environment imaginable. The CEO is a psychopath with virtually no redeeming features and is surrounded by sycophants and yes men (and women). Anyone who dares to challenge him is fired or forced out. Those that remain do so only because they are unemployable elsewhere, and have no choice. Don't let the fancy website fool you, if you value your sanity this place is to be avoided

Pros

The company has ability to attract talented people because of high salaries. The company is a sase study in management. Travels in business class. Fluffy titles. Interesting work challenges.

Cons

Talented people do not stay long due to the toxic environment and lack of strategy. It leaves only the desperate people at the company and/or the inexperienced ones beefing up their resume. The brainwashed people and other puppets manage to stay afloat by bowing to the management by fear. The leadership is nonexistent, no decision making from senior management. If someone happens to make a decision, bureaucratic processes driven from the corporate office in Paris, France will damper their enthusiasm. It does not matter that business being stifled, as long as someone has taken the responsibility, at whom the finger will be pointed in due time so the puppets can survive.

-Decent salary -Ability to learn cross-functionally in your field.

Cons

-Incredibly tense environment. CEO has no qualm about screaming and belittling his staff in a very frightening manner. Then on the turn of a dime, he will try to play the good guy by lavishing team with nice dinners etc. Abusive culture. -High turnover -No work/life balance -No real structure/process
