      Pros

      They are owned by Heartland Express so you have access to all of their terminals as well as CFI terminals. They will keep you busy and get you home for home time. Very similar to other mega carriers

      Lower pay, trailers are junk, mostly southeast freight

      No micromanaging. Will take care of you and put you in a motel if needed.

      Cons

      Give out the worst trucks! Trailers are always breaking down or in bad condition! Hometime sucks! Guaranteed to get you home late! Can't take your truck home in the state of Florida! Will take loads off of you while you're driving to pick up or assign the same load to more than one driver!
