Lack of company structure as prior to receiving the official offer letter I interviewed 5 times, 3 with CEO. My start date was pushed up two weeks, was told I would receive materials and a call from the technology department to evaluate the equipment I had on had had the requirements to work remotely. On first day, started, I had major technology issues, was told we would reconvene the next morning. I then sent a group text stating my laptop was out of date, I would be purchasing one to complete my job(I was told during the interview that they would be providing me the equipment I needed to complete the position) and I would be up and ready to go the next morning. I received a call within two hours of convening for the day from the CEO and he stated because of the technology and internet issues I was having (which had nothing to do with the internet as I explained to as it was my laptop and told him I had messaged right after training finished for the morning I was purchasing my own) the team had decided not to move ahead with my position.
