Leadership don’t come into office much, feels like waiting for their payout when AIG acquire shares fully, feedback culture is poor.

Genuinely supportive culture, where people really care about each other. Lots of opportunities available for development and growth, though you need to go searching for them rather than expect them to be given to you. A place where you really can try doing things differently.

Cons

RTO mandate - far less flexible in terms of office attendance than most companies.
