      Pros

      Training was imformative and well structured, some coworkers stayed out of office politics, and health and medical benefits were available.

      - Supervisors and managers are extremely unprofessional and unethical. - Employees are routinely bullied, mocked, and humiliated. - Blame is frequently shifted onto employees even when responsibility clearly lies with supervisors or managers. - Office politics and blatant favoritism are constant and unavoidable. - The work environment is toxic and damaging. - Leadership consistently displays a disrespectful and poor attitude.

      Worst Behavior Creates Hostile Feelings

      Pros

      Living in fear is the worst thing you can do to yourself. This workplace will make you live with fear every day.

      Cons

      The behavior of those at the top was awful. These arrogant and evil people fired employees for no good reason. Their behavior was toxic and created horrible levels of stress. Please beware! Your employees don't like living on the edge.

      I have had nothing but negative experiences here.

      - Convey Health Solutions delivers one of the most brutal onboarding experiences imaginable - New employees receive vague instructions and almost no guidance - Immediately assigned complex tasks with zero training - Expectations are unrealistically high - Failure is met with public berating instead of constructive feedback - The process is demoralizing and overwhelming - Capable people are driven away before they have a chance to succeed
