      Pros

      Management welcomes employee input and provides support when needed. Strong focus on training programs. Many opportunities for growth and advancement. A major plus is the flexible work schedule with remote options. The pay and benefits are good.

      they don't do pay raises unless your job title changes, Christmas "bonus" is $25. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
