Pros

Wonderful benefits with plenty of PTO

Cons

I don't have cons about this job! I loved the job only looking for something else because I moved.

Pros

A handful of the managers are kind of nice but not really.

Cons

Overworked. Underpaid. Short staffed, but the managers let their friends have days off. CNAs will abuse the residents/other cnas but you'll get retaliated against if you speak up. Unorganized. They'll put you in unsafe houses where the residents will beat on you and you can't do anything about it. They will put small women in houses with sexually aggressive male residents and say they can't do anything to help you and when something DOES happen they'll blame you for it. Almost every house is unorganized and they'll expect you to immediately know how to work all 32 houses even though they're all different. They cover up so much that's going on. There is little to no communication between management and staff. Management will play favorites. It is almost impossible to stay sane while they treat you like garbage and offer no support when you're struggling. You will also NEVER get off work on time but they'll expect you to be on time for your shift. Getting time off is impossible (unless you're buddied up with management) because they're so short staffed and no one wants to work there. Their two week training is laughable and doesn't actually prepare you to be in the houses. Prepare to NEVER work in your assigned house either. They'll float you to teams you didn't apply for, to houses you don't know and they'll tell you to "figure it out". CNAs also do not get breaks (they claim you get two 15's but no coverage means no breaks). Just don't work here.
