Good cafeteria, good health benefits

Terrible salries, low work place benefits, management has checked out and everyone is leaving to other companies such as Eli Lilly. Company not expected to last too long

Pros

Ethical, honest company that places patient care at the top of its priorities. Solid products with some on leading edge. Rarely bring products to market that are not ready for prime time. Very nice balance between work and family. Good working relationships with same division reps. Management is supportive of promoting talent from within and helps personnel to achieve sales success. Much freedom in how to drive business. Benefits are good.

Cons

The compensation is glaringly below market standards. Plan targets are close to impossible for meaningful compensation. Home office can be slow to respond to rep requests.
