Too many to mention. CITC wants to portray itself as a company that treats their employees with respect and that everyone, from the top down, stay true to CITC's values of respect, accountability, interdependence, and resiliency. If you're under a great manager and leadership, this will happen. But it ends up being the luck of the draw for you as an employee. I did not land in a department with leadership that, well, actually knew how to be good leaders. When I would talk with my co-workers and hear about all the wonderful things their leadership was doing to support their staff, I kept being surprised and disappointed by the stark difference in leadership quality between my department and my co-workers. My advice? Stay away unless you can be sure you will be part a good program. And sadly, I don't think the CEO has any idea of what's going on.
