      Pros

      Shop floor work 4 day weeks, office 4.5 days (11am Friday finish). Good atmosphere and always busy with plenty to do. New benefits just introduced such as private healthcare and health cash plans.

      Cons

      Some work to be done on improving workflow, but this is in the process now

      6.4 weeks holiday. 4-day regular week provides long weekends. Overtime is often available. Annual attendance-related bonus available.

      Cons

      It's a busy place - so a lot of the training and personal development is on the job.
