      Great for interns, not sure about anyone else

      Pros

      The opportunity for interns is great - good integration into the company and a great co-worker community. The projects you work on range from insignificant to game-making, so it's a grab-bag that some will win.

      Cons

      Until recently the management team was unable to correctly identify their target market, or present a cohesive image of what the company was doing. This doesn't matter for interns, but for full-time people it may be more important.

      Pros

      Reasonable compensation. Free lunches and dinners, mostly edible. Good office location. Flexible work schedule. Uncanny ability to continue to raise funds.

      Cons

      Lack of vision. Schizophrenic product roadmap. No revenue. Design decisions frequently made at insane hours with little discussion. CEO micro-management. Useless CTO who is too busy playing with pet projects instead of providing technical leadership and vision. High employee turnover. Massive dilution and slim chance of any equity value. How does this company continue to survive?

      Pros

      traditional startup feel, very open and friendly culture, lots of time to add in own ideas. Challenges you to think about how social media can/does influence new products on the market today, and create products that will adhere to these new standards.

      Cons

      releases don't usually happen on schedule. The open-ness sometimes leads to a lack of structure, and projects often end up being a "make it up as we go" kind of deal.
