      Pros

      Direct reports where actually very good but not allowed to hold executive vice president accountable for department salaries agreed upon and were forced to take to produce documentation to prove the salaries were agreed to. They were rewarded by being fired.

      Cons

      Disappointed that executive vice president was either hired to dismantle or allowed to dismantle departments.

      Relationships with co-workers was fantastic; collaborative and supportive working to achieve goals established by executive management.

      Cons

      The culture and reputation of any company starts at the executive level and this is the negative aspect of Copperpoint.
