Pros
Diverse work place which required communication between a variety of work and cultural backgrounds. Allowed a co-op to sit in on several officer meetings which developed competitive bids for the acquisition of new work.
Cons
Work schedule could be erratic at times, making life outside of work hard to plan. Day to day tasks could become monotonous over time.
