I think the thing I appreciate the most is the culture, I've seen many different company cultures in my career - and at CoreStory it's easy to recognize that there's a clear focus on getting talented individuals that also bring good culture to the team. That's a really solid combination and worth noting. Coupled with the product that CoreStory is bringing to market in the AI space - and it's an exciting place to work.
Cons
It's a fast moving company in a faster moving space. It's not a place where you can settle in and catch your breath - it's never dull, but that can also be a positive with lots of opportunities to learn.

- The Company is at the cutting edge of technology and is defining a new category in the market. Great opportunity to work in GenAI. - Revenue generating and some strong enterprise customers. - Successfully navigated a sharp pivot to establish itself as a leader in its category. - Very committed executive team, including C-level executives. - High-trust, fast-paced environment. - 100% remote operations.
Cons
- The fast pace in the AI industry can be very tiring. One must constantly keep abreast of new developments, new challenges, competition, etc. - The pivot (which is complete) created internal tensions between the old operating model and the new one. This created a feeling of lack of focus for a time. - Fully remote setup can sometimes cause communication issues.
