      Management detracts from what has potential to be a great job

      Pros

      Some really unique benefits come with the job if you're a car enthusiast and/or Mazda owner. Coworkers are a close-knit group of friends and half-days on Friday were nice.

      Management has unrealistic and unpredictable expectations Micromanaging needlessly creates a high-stress work environment Management is dismissive of employee feedback No HR department or qualified individual to answer HR-related questions

      Pros

      Making new friends that are like minded. Being around car enthusiasts. Good discounts. Half day Fridays was nice.

      Cons

      Not being able to afford the parts even with discount. Underpaid, over worked. Nit picky and petty management. Micromanaging.

      Pros

      Great culture-the other employees and I are basically family. Management is honest and communicates well on goals/expectations. Very good benefits-especially if you're a car person. The team is focused on growth and produces high quality products and customer service.

      Planning can get excessive at times.
