Pros

You are given the freedom to work without much oversight if your results are acceptable. There is a great work life balance and the pay is excellent as long as you know your worth and will advocate for it

Cons

Benefits are pretty sub standard and operations seems consistently overwhelmed or disorganized. No match on 401k. Meetings blocked out weekly and then cancelled with little notice.
