      An Inspiring company to work for

      Pros

      We are a great company that I am very proud to work for. We all have a very clear focus of what we all want to achieve and work hard to achieve it every day, while still having lots of fun! We are encouraged to be ourselves, share ideas and make a real difference everyday.

      Cons

      The only downside of working at Cosatto is that we are an outspoken lot and you have to fight to get a word in edge ways! We also go at a 100 miles an our so be prepared to hit the ground running.

      Plenty of opportunities for creative, ambitious thinkers to make their mark. A different challenge every day. There is a real family atmosphere. We work hard but play hard too.

      Cons

      As we are an ambitious company there is also a lot of work. This isn't a place for coasters.

      The management team should share and communicate better the goals and aims of the business and each team/department. Teams would need more support and guidance from managers or get the goals.
