Pros
They will invest in you. My team was able to take a ton of ownership over our project (small dev team) and have our pick at what technologies we wanted to use to solve business problems. The people at CourtCall are awesome, I loved my pm and my functional manager wasn't half bad. More importantly my team was full of amazing people you taught me an astounding amount of things. If you are a junior developer looking for your big break. Or a senior dev who wants to absolutely take the reigns, this is a great company to work for. DONT LISTEN TO THE BITTER LAZY BAFOON WHO LEFT A 1 STAR REVIEW. Whoever it was must have worked at CourtCall long ago because they very much do use a modern tech stack. Why trust me? I put in my 2 weeks today because I got an offer from Atlassian and have nothing to gain by giving them a good review. They simply deserve it. I honestly wouldn't have even needed to write a review if that idiot didn't leave a one star review based on FALSE STATEMENTS!

The company is more of a product focused culture rather than the engineering culture required to get the work done correctly.
