Long standing established company. They have a few positive programs in place for engineering. They have a great legal department.
Cons
The corporate office across the board is completely disconnected with employees. Other members of management stick their head in the sand and refuse to deal with issues. If you are a confident capable person, able to think on your own and outside the box, this company is not for you.
The engineering team is great to work with. Free coffee. snacks, and beverages. The GM is out of the office having lunch half the day every day, so there's very little micromanaging!
Cons
Upper management is a nightmare. HR is useless. They treat you like (a dysfunctional) family. If you want to get paid peanuts and get beat to the ground, Cousins is for you.
