      Pros

      The pros are very few in between. The main pro is that you will definitely advance your skills. That's because you will have to do the job of 2-3 people and work 12h/day, but oh well, a pro I guess?

      Cons

      - First of all disregard all the 5 star ratings here, employees are pressured into giving a great review during their probation period. - This is peak capitalism. This company chews you up and spits you out in a heartbeat. It starts at the very top, the micromanagement is rampant. - The co-founder overrules decisions left and right and all around there is just a collection of 'yes' men and women. - The compensation is mediocre and the working hours are extremely difficult to manage. - Performance reviews are an absolute joke and a blatant lie. They do not happen every 6 months as they proudly advertise, but rather they happen after 1 year + if you are lucky. - Managers with 0 people skills, empathy or humanity are all over the place.
