Pros

I loved that job, I love my clients and colleagues. The management was not that good because you can easily get promotions even if you're not that qualified.

Cons

It's a bank, so the focus is the profit and selling debit and credit cards, mortgages, loans, even if this means caring less and less about clients because you need to sell.
