Pros
- BEST team - so supportive and just overall such a happy environment that you actually look forward to going to work and being in the office - Amazing clients - every account is so much fun - Transparency - there is a clear direction in terms of growth and Craft SHARES its salary bands internally and publicly - Cultivates curiosity - funds any courses or activities you are curious about - Unlimited vacation (it's actually true!) - Open communication - I truly feel like I can talk to the Senior leadership team about anything - Just a super fun and positive place to work - Really cares about DEI and supporting their employees
Cons
- Like any time working in PR, some days can be very long - but managers are so open and encourage you to flag when you are overwhelmed or can't meet a deadline and always have a solution when you do so

I'm so thankful to have found an agency like Craft - everything from the amazing, talented team members, to the many employee perks and benefits to the day-to-day work done for great clients and campaigns. We're small but mighty!
Cons
Given the small size of Craft and the big campaigns we run, there are times when work load can be heavy - but it provides us with the ability to grow and take on greater responsibility!
