      There isn't any that I can remember or think of.

      Cons

      Too many processes and this is making the company very difficult to do business with and the company drives the employees very hard to achieve results despite market conditions beyond one's control. Very lean and mean. Lousy increment below inflation.

      - lovely team - gorgeous space

      Cons

      - There's no growth or career progression in this company - Most of the team are located abroad - CEO expect you to do managerial duty + extra work without a pay raise - Any ideas you have will be disregarded only for the CEO to bring it up months later as their own innovative idea - HR is horrible is not knowledgable about Eid holiday that I wanted to take leave for smh
