      It’s cool working for a brand that almost everybody is familiar with As someone early in their career, I am amazed at how often I hear of employees who have been working at Crayola for 15, 20, even 30+ years. I think that says a lot about the company!

      Iconic brand who’s missing solely on spreading creativity across the globe. Leadership driving and focusing on key pillars of growth. Collaboration, accountability, and respect are key core values in the culture. Strategy and the execution of the work is because of the culture and drive of the leaders across Crayola. You witness servant leadership, key executives are on the floor listening and escalating issues that need to be addressed. Focus on continuous improvement across the enterprise. Focus on giving back to the community is an integral part of the culture.

      Cons

      Company provides a lot of health and wellness benefits. Be nice to have a few more extra benefits like gym memberships or more wellness programs or perks like on-site services like dry cleaning.
