Pros

The usual, work with some good co-workers, unlimited vacation and that’s about it. Kudos to the constantly rotating sales team for getting anyone to pay for this broken mess of a platform, for without them this farce of a company wouldn’t exist. (average tenure of 1.3yrs on their LinkedIn) If you like token Woke politics, clapping and cheering on Zoom, posting emojis on Slack, then you’ll love it here.

Cons

Read the low star reviews from sales people, these tell you all you need to know. This company churns through them, and probably through sheer luck, someone’s network enables sale to a customer that will eventually leave later. “Competitive Intelligence” is just sales jargon, the platform is neither competitive nor intelligent. The platform is the culmination of years and years of guessing and continuous pivots. There are so many things wrong and so much to do, but meetings, inner politics, and cliquey behavior take priority as the incompetent leadership cling together. Confusingly, it seems like the "old-timers" here are just sitting around praying for a buyout or something. Product and Engineering leadership are completely clueless. They have no idea as to what to do next or how to run an organization that can actually produce anything of value. Up until recently, this company was copying Klue’s features, now they’re just utterly lost.

Pros

Individual contributors are good people.

Cons

Executive leadership team has no idea how to scale an organization. They excessively hire more reps when there is no indication of growth or demand in the market. The leadership team then sets outrageous quarterly targets that are not even remotely attainable. Once they realized how bad they messed up, they are forced to either fire or layoff employees as a result of their own incompetence. In addition, the pay is below average. This company was once a good place to work, but those days are gone. I can assure you the next 12 months are not going to be pretty.

Pros

There might still be some good people left on the individual contributor level.

Cons

• They have completely unqualified, inexperienced people in some management positions who have no idea what they are doing. • Instead of formally laying people off, they are firing them left and right leaving teams in chaotic disarray. • Employee churn is out of control—they do nothing to try to retain valuable employees. • You can grow and succeed here but only if you are part of the inner-circle which consists mostly of power hungry, back stabbing sycophants. • They love to tout their “transparency” and “opposition to bureaucracy, politics and BS”—this could not be any further from the truth. • Their strategies change every 5 minutes trying to keep up with their main competitor, but they can never quite catch up. • Very poor communication between c-suite and management. • Core values and culture have completely gone out the window. It’s a shame, really, because it used to be a decent company. Currently, it's a frightening mess.
