- Team members are nice and always supportive - People are highly autonomous and responsible - The products are ambitious and challenging to work on

Cons

- Still start-up phase in which business model and products keep changing to adapt accordingly - If you’re not proactive and willing to take ownership of your task then this might not be the right place for you
