Pros

The CEO is one of the nicest people I have ever known. The company is filled with mostly good people. There is a strong sense of family-like work culture. They even managed to navigate through the pandemic well without sacrificing employees. they treat the employee fair enough with full support as much as they can. This company could have been one of the best companies in the world, if they just focus on their core team development.

Cons

There WERE no cons. until 2020-2023, when they became busy with self-branding and a massive expansion, hiring a large number of people without clear calculation. Opening new office in some countries was one of the wrong decision based on ambition to become fastest growing agency bla bla bla. It opened the door to unnecessary intrigues, eventually leading to the destruction of the agency. They started the downfall by removing loyal employees and replacing them with dozens of new employees. In the end, these new employees were also terminated.

Pros

- The weekends - A thrilling opportunity of making someone who doesn’t care about you rich - Instead of pursuing your dreams you can face existential dread in the office - Learning how to navigate life by applying the ambiguous "Working hard or hardly working?" rule eagerly practiced by upper management

Cons

- Spreading fake values on social media and agency calls about pristine management style, focus on employee development and preaching wellness while the company doesn’t have a basic HR system or any vision for career development of their employees - Management and so called ‘Directors’ lack basic qualifications and fail to foster a motivating and supportive environment - Toxic culture with clear favoritism based on connections rather than skills - Extreme lack of strong senior leadership - No strategic vision or business stability - No space for learning, promotions or development - Absolute lack of interest in subordinates by line managers - Managers/Directors face no consequences for flagged behavior due to internal politics and friendships - Company conducts frequent mass layoffs for no reason only to rehire for the same positions - Old building, no parking spaces, 20 minutes wait for an elevator and additional 20 mins to go up to 41 floor - Cheapest health insurance, no benefits, no bonuses, no salary increases, no company events - Salaries way below market value - Top talent already left the agency

Pros

Bravo to the team for setting the gold standard in what not to do. Keep inspiring us all!

Cons

This place is a complete disaster. The management couldn’t be more clueless if they tried. It's like they were hired based on who they know, not what they know. They’ve brought in a bunch of people from companies they worked with in the past ex. in Egypt and just shoved them into higher management roles with no real qualifications. It’s all about connections, not competence. There’s zero direction, and no one has a clue what they’re doing. It’s a revolving door of ineffective decision-makers who somehow think they’re running a tight ship. And when you’ve done your job and they no longer need you? Guess what - they lay you off without hesitation leaving people with canceled visas, depressed, selling their cars, giving up their houses and life’s to survive. They’re experts at using people and tossing them aside like yesterday’s news. A few months ago, they made a huge deal about onboarding a bunch of "foreign heads" for different departments, blasting it all over LinkedIn and running campaign articles in Middle East publications. Fast forward, and none of them even lasted six months before jumping ship. That speaks volumes about the true nature of this place. It's all smoke and mirrors nothing more than empty announcements designed to look good on paper while the reality is a constant churn of people who can't wait to get out. And let’s not forget the endless amusement of LinkedIn updates that somehow manage to celebrate chaos as 'success.' The salary is an absolute joke - way below industry standards. Don’t even ask about benefits, because they barely exist. If you're looking for fair treatment, decent pay, and any kind of job security, look elsewhere. This place is a mess, and it’s only going to get worse.
