Pros

Strong leadership with no micromanagement, clear expectations, and great support when needed. The team are genuine experts in their fields, which makes taking the company’s proposition to market straightforward. Really positive company culture, with regular social activities and clear communication from leadership on the direction of the company. I had a great time working at Creative CX and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Cons

Honestly none. Keep doing what you’re doing.

Pros

Really great team to work with - from Strategy, Tech, QA and UX. So smart, loads of ideas and very passionate about the subject area. Amazing clients too and loads of variety when it comes to the work.

Cons

There's definitely more work to do when it comes to process improvement - something we're always working on. Also the clients are from a variety of different verticals which can be a bit challenging for some people to get their heads around. For the right individuals it's a plus though as it keeps things interesting.
