The location of the office.

Cons

No development offered to employees, only countless meaningless meetings without outcomes. Extremely underpaying, preferably hiring expats which would settle for less. Arrogance and empty promises are also often seen. Burn outs within different team memebers, people leaving after few months.

Pros

I have worked at CC for more than an year and I have had a very nice experience with everybody around me. Given my team gives me energy I was definitely energised there. Location of the office is great and the vibe is very hipster and young. Definitely no corporate feeling if you want to escape from that. In addition it is a fun place where to work and where you can take your chances and your responsibilities.

Cons

It is a company where you need to work hard. You will get hardly a tap on your shoulder saying you did good. You are hired to do something and you are expected to bring results. If you are not ready to roll up your sleeves and give into the hard working mentality that is not the place for you. Not really a minus point for everybody but you have to be sure to be a good match otherwise misunderstandings can be easy happenings :)

Not much besides the office being relatively chill

Cons

Absolute shady company, which essentially is a beautified drop shipping business model. Essentially trying to sell low quality products at a premium price by spreading misleading and wrong information.
