I’ll attempt to be constructive with this review. Over the last year I’ve worked hard at this job only to feel unappreciated and ignored. I took pride in my work and really pursued to be great during my time here. Management has decided to increase their micromanagement practices which feels closer to constructive discharge methods. Favoritism is blatantly obvious and openly demonstrated here. Reasonable merit increases are not considered for production employees while others are grossly overpaid. Apathetic management is disheartening and constant. Please look elsewhere.

It's all a lie. Bonuses are tampered with by the Construction Manager and Ops Manager depending on what dosage of Pro Zack their taking. Very unprofessional environment, they have the money for donuts and tacos every month but are doing it by providing subpar work and ripping off customers.
