Great company culture with enthusiastic, collaborative colleagues and a clear structure for lead generation work. People genuinely care about their product and about supporting each other. Salary was reasonable and day-to-day communication across teams was positive

Sales management relied heavily on rigid, old-school practices. For a company that invests heavily in AI, it felt inconsistent to insist on strictly following MEDDPIC sales tactics. Commission payments had to be tracked manually and required multiple follow-ups to receive, and they were not always paid on time as outlined in the contract. After only a few months the company went through a restructuring that resulted in many newer hires being let go, officially citing performance, which created uncertainty and low morale.
